Yeh maybe, might have a look at the TT ones then.

Not good on plastic welding and dont no anyone to do it either!

Don't think Superglue would stand up to the abuse they are likely to take. You could get a soldering iron and melt the two parts together and then give it a quick covering with some fibreglass resin (Halfords sell it). There would be NO chance of that coming off then!
