Airbag light

This is my first problem iv had with the car since i bought it over a year ago but my airbag light came on a few days ago, i checked the connectors under the seats and they were fine so its booked into the stealers to let them check it out but is there anything alse i can check before i take a trip up to see them?

tbh best leave well alone if its under warranty. only airbag issues i have seen are occasional faulty drivers' side seat airbag but diagnostic machine will pick up any faults

i had that, it was a faulty connector and was fixed when I dropped in on dealer one quiet afternoon. They'll plug it in and find out

they told me it will take 3 hours to fix so iv had to book a holiday from my work and iv told them im wanting a courtesy car to give me something to do and they r charging me £10 for insurance, what kind of car do you think i will get anyway ( a cupra would be nice but maybe ats aiming to high )

any way they can do a half hour check while you wait? if a part needs ordered you will have to go through it all again
interesting re the insurance - are they charging you for their insurance or is your own broker charging for a temporary changeover?

thats there own insurance as i couldnt be bothered going through my own as you spend ages on the fone
