Alana Stereo Bluetooth Mod

Hi folks, first time post here! I recently bought this (https://www.ebay.de/itm/BT-Bluetoot...ighline-Lena-/132491777899?_mwBanner=1&_rdt=1) from Ebay, however for the life of me I can't find out where or how to connect the red +12v cable. If anybody has any ideas it would be much appreciated!

This is on an Alana stereo with the CD6 button. (2006 ibiza)

You can tap into Pins (the wires going to) 7 (switched +12v) and 8 (Ground) on connector A

Thanks for the reply! What do you mean by "Tap into", and how do I do that? Sorry, it's probably a very stupid question but I'm very green when it comes to wiring and car stereos

I would look at some youtube video's on how to splice automotive wires, as its a bit complicated to explain in words here.

Looks straight-forward enough! For this do i need to split my red cable in 2 and splice into both ground and +12v wires? I was under the impression that the black wire with the ring was the ground?

yes black is ground , red is positive . I found it best to use the radio wiring ground , wire going to pin 8 for the black.

I was doing some thinking about it, and am wondering do you reckon it would work to run the red cable to pin 16 for the power? (Instead of having to splice open the power coming from the battery)
