Alhambra 1.9 TDi PD 115

I just bought an Alhambra and the fan belt looks wrong.

On the alternator the fan belt grooves are facing away from the pulley. The others look correct and the guy insist the dealer put it on that way. Is this right or not?

If it is wrong can anyone give me a diagram of the correct routing.

On cars with air con you need a belt with grooves on each side. It sounds correct to me.
