Thinking a bit more about it... This is
really poor from VWG and their
dealers. They had a 'complete system outage' and they couldn't be bothered to email or text the owners of cars that are affected. They have my details - I also have the Cupra Connect app, yet I only find out about this 'outage'
problem after I post on this forum.
Very poor indeed from VWG & Co. A little message to me could have prevented a lot of searching for the non-existent solution on my part.
