Alloy size?

Hi all, I've just a mk 3 ibiza 3door, but its lacking alloys, I was just wondering if anyone knew the aspect ratio, what size alloys etc the ibiza takes? also if anyone else has fitted a different manufactuers set of alloys?
and 1more thing, how difficult is it to change the standard bumpers to Cupra bumpers? thanks!!

How big do you want to go? The Ibiza Cupra runs 16" x 6J wheels with 195/45 vr16 tyres. 17"s will go but I am not sure of the width and offset needed.

my 17 inch rondalls are 7J by 17 et 37
