Hi, my alternator belt slipped off after a pulley wheel behind the alternator wheel sheared off!
I have taken some pictures and was wondering if anybody could advise me what the part is and how to fit a replacement, as well as which tool to use, and does it require torquing?
Been to buy a new pulley and gave my reg, and engine code etc and was told the part is 66MM, mine is less than 60? Nobody seems to know whatpart i need? To top it off the screw holding the remains iof the old one is complateley rounded off and looks to hasve been bodged previously so aren't sure how its coming off
for a 2007 1..2ltr the roller is "03D 145 276 A" the bolt is " N 910 501 01" it's M10x92 the old one may come out using a small stillson check the tensioner pully too you may be able to lift the seal and regrease it
