Any tips on fitting a front ARB?

How long isnt long?

Any fiddly awkward bits or is it as straightforward as the pics suggest.

Well it took about 30mins to do i suppose but that was using a 2 post lift in a fully equipped workshop, so i would imagine it would take a little longer if your doing it on your drive. Yeah it was pretty much as the pics/guide suggests. We took the the bolts arrowed out completely and the ones through the holes a little bit further along we just loosened off to drop the subframe.

Its not bad if I do say so myself that was bloody fun doing it outside in the road way back then!

I mounted my neuspeed arb´s last week and went to a vwaudi-club trackday this weekend. I drove about 20 laps, around 40 km all in all on the track and I didnt drive like a maniac!! Went to a lockal specialist today to have a wheel alligment as Ive bin recomended after fitting arb´s. When we got the car up on the ramp Ive noticed that the rear mount on the beam had slided out of position. The left one about 10cm and right one about 5cm. I know I tightened the bolt hard enough, but I do remeber to have put a lot grease on the bushes. Have this happended to any of you people????
