anyone else with lambda problem?

got an 03 lcr every week or so the eml comes on, it has a blueflame sports cat on it and full system exhaust the fault code is for the lambda behind the cat when i bought the car the guy gave me a metal tube which spaces out the lambda from the pipe do you think this will cure the problem of the light coming on?

it would sound that way altho a sports cat shouldnt really bring i light on i dont think

i have put shell v power in it since i have had it as its been mapped for high octane fuel but the guy before always put bp ultimate in it do you think this may make it come on more regularly maybe slightly higher emissions from it what do u think?

shouldnt of thought so .. its basiclly the same stuff .. the ecu would soon adapt for the different fuel

BF Cats quite often fall below the cat efficiency test...

The spacer may well help, but if it doesn't you'll need a remap that changes the cat efficiency settings (like revo stage2)
