I'm looking for some advice, ive seen a set of nice wheels and they are
2x8" ET 32
2x9" ET 32

would the ibiza need arch work to accomodate, ive seen a few folk on here run 9" borbet T's and Azev A's and borbet A's

I dont mind it hittng the plastic inner arch, as ill simply roll the arches.
Thanks.

i ran 8" front which were fine on the mk3, and 9" wide rears, the arches were rolled and quite low, did rub sometimes, couldnt have any1 in the back so i got rid of them.
mine were ET38 though, so dont know if that better or worse tbh.

ET38 will stick out less.

I'd say they'll be sticking out too much to be safe.

you don't want tyres to catch (ever) as it literally slices the tread & comes off.... been there, done that

i ran 8s on the ibiza before with ET 20.
that was my porsche ones.

and for the record helms - the lower the ET number ; the more they will stick out.

I'm going to be running 7.5's on the front (with 5mm spacers to accomodate my AP's) and 9's at the back. Realistically, you want the arches flaring. Mine are rolled and I expect problems.

Bearing in mind I expect you're wanting 80mm+ drop?

i'm gna be running 15x8 and 15x9s, the 8's are et +15 and the 9's are et+25

but my old keskins were et25 and i had 25mm spacers on giving them et0, so 9's should be fine with a bit of stretched rubber over them

Doubt they will fit, rears 17x10, but theres some sweet borbet a's on ebay at the moment! Also they would look amazing on the best colour for the ibiza(magic black:whistle:)!!

10" wide wheels will just guzzle wheel bearings, imagine the weight balancing on there.

ive got 2 sets of D90s to choose from:
2x8 (front) 2x9 (rear)

or

2 x 7.5 (front) 2x8 (rear)
