I've had a search and thought it best to ask this:

Which are the best ones to go for? What are you running?

I'm tempted to go for the Eibach 22mm Front & 25mm Rear Anti Roll Bars

Leon 1M Cupra R 1.8T 11/99> from DPM Performance

But ive heard the front R32 OEM ARB is good?

Opinions please?

Cheers

Jack

I run the 25/28 combo, its the stiffest setup but not necessarily the best
Depends on what you want from your car?

Looking for good all round handling more than anything, car will be doing the odd track day etc so being able to push the car in that bit harder

When I had the ARBS on standard suspension it was very good on the road however as ive added more and done more it struggles on the bumpier back roads as its too stiff
However on the track its fantastic it depends on what youre combining then with

Its lowered on weitec springs, there are alot of bumpy back lanes around my way so maybe not going to stiff is a good idea

Everyone thinks bigger is better but not always
When on coilovers with the ARBs it was good but a very undulating lane could make the car skip a little, however with adding all the bracing, poly bushes, spherical bearings, etc the car has lots of grip until a bump almost bounces it further across the road. You'd be fine with plenty of grip then a big bump takes you airborne momentarily and you land half a metre further over again with lots of grip
If I was having a more road based car I would opt for the R32 23mm front and a 25mm rear

Thank you buddy that's really helpful i forgot to mention ive done my poly bushes, weres the best place to get a R32 arb?

Thanks again

25mm front and Neuspeed 28mm RARB, I believe that thats the best combo (read it on a couple of forums). Im driving around with 23mm front and 24 Whiteline RARB

I had these on my LCR, I scored a bit of an Ebay special off some car that had been written off.

Combine this with a set of Badger5's custom discs and Ferrodo pads and my car was a track weapon (And I still used it as my daily)
