Try qouting the part number with your dealer. Or maybe see if Dave at IMG can maybe find one for you. He has his own section on the forum.

Bear in mind that some Accesories in the UK, have to be cleared for safety, so this may need to be cleared for sale in the UK by SEAT, before the UK dealers can actually list it or source it from Spain.

However some interior items like this, they may not have to.

be aware that once you fir the armrest you can never remove it again as it fecks the console up as you have to put screws through it.

£100!!! Hmmm I think I will have to wait and see if the leon as it is is comfortable or if I do need the armrest, the fact it is a permanent fit as leonlad said is putting me off.

Dlever, how much would the chrome door handles and the rear boot strip cost please posted?

Well all my enthusiasm for a new seat leon has been shot to smithereens!!

Basically company rang today saying they tried to process my order and the price has increased, I basically has a go saying why it took them 2 weeks to place the order! Anyway told them to cancel it as I cannot justify the price hike! :censored:

Flippin lease companies are CRAP!

I just dont know fella, although im trying to deal with SEAT dealership direct to see if it is possible to do a deal with a fleet company.

Otherwise it might be the new Honda Civic which for me is THE BEST out there but I also want a family car and the civic is a bit small, or due to the cheap price a Citroen C4 VTS top of the range model.

But if I can I will try to salvage the seat deal!

I fitted mine on Saturday and it's a great addition and well worth the £100. If you do a search, the armrest has been discussed a month or so ago.

just remember to ask for a discount, i got my armest for £85

the trickies part of fitting it is the foam insert, its very awkward to get right. Might be better cutting it at the thinnest points and laying it in 2 parts.

Cheers Jon :)

I've already negotiated a 10% discount so i'm happy with that :)

What's the foam insert?

It covers the bottom of the armrest on the inside, and goes over the screwheads,

check out post 24 there are photos of the foam part

Just need to take your time with it to line it up right.

Balls :censored:, I ended up putting the foam bit between the armrest and the 'cup holder'. Maybe i'll take it out and see if i can remove it and put it in the correct position. ......... Disiaster waiting to happen
