Component speakers on their way!!


Hey,
Just forked out £100 quid, Fusion 240watt component speakers. Tweeters are with motormania now to be fitted on as I want them to be hidden under the standard grill. And getting it all fitted in a weeks time! I love tax rebaits!!! hehe.
Im suffering at the moment though,coz the tweeters are gone, Ive had to turn my sub off as it sounds to 'bassy'. I guess it will be worth it in the end of course

Plus, their hidden under the standard grills, so mummy will never find out haha.

all car speakers are 4 ohms as far as i know. And i agree the standard fit speakers are bleedin awful, i'm looking to get some pioneers or something but they wont fit easily into the doors. the standard speakers are moulded into a 35mm deep plastic boss and riveted to the door! (on a mk1 anyway)
