Mine is a facelift mate,

mine was in for its 1st MOT & in the receipt pack was the usual 'extras/offers' flyer.

On the flyer was an offer to retrofit DRL's for £179, but these are a strip of lights with a mounting bracket that goes in the lower grills near the fog lights.
so I thought, I wonder wehat else is out there on the aftermarket scene and came across the ones on the link.

It looks like those on the link wont fit anyway...

Funny you should mention this because I seen a car that was a complete clone of my leon but it similar style headlights to the ones your mentioning and I quite like it. Been looking them
up too.

Though glaze on any headlights make them look great, I'm still a fan. @Willz17 has a similar pair if you give his build thread a nosey. Think it's called something like sooty orange leon

Must have been an impulse coz I'm already turning on my previous comment about liking them lol Standard headlights after a good intense wet sanding and some glaze is more than pretty enough I think

Yep, I have those Dectane ones posted above in the red Leon. They are pretty awesome, to be honest, and seem to be better quality and better looking than the one in the very first picture. Willz has the exact same one in the OP's post, and he wants to sell them if I am not mistaken.

i got the same ones on my car but i bought them £180 off ebay.de. they arnt RHD so you get a lot of people flashing you on the motorway at night. esp lorry drivers...

I think the dectane ones are better quality than than the auto design ones in the OP

A LHD to RHD headlight conversion is just a matter of opening the unit up and swapping something round right? Or is it alot more involved?
