Auto window any one used one of these?

Found this on fleabay, has anyone used/got one. I did have an Autowindow module in my Leon but took it out becasue it didn't work very well. This looks good as you do not actually install anything in the car.

seems a good idea if it works installed autowindow in my leon was a right pain, notice it does not work the mirrors like my one , which i like.

I could be talking crap here, but I think this can already enabled through VAG-COM. So this 'plug in' module will simply make the same change that can already be made for free, if you have access to VAG-COM.

If my memory serves me correctly, you can set it to auto wind the windows up or down and also have an option to drop the windows a small amount for venting on hot days.

As I said, it's possible I'm dreaming here, but I have a strong feeling I'm right.....

I hope you are right, I have vagcom and a lead and would like this feature on my Bora. The Leon is not possible to do this as people including me have had to fit a seperate autowindows module to the drivers door which involves cutting wires and soldering in the module. Perhaps someone else can shed some light on this and if poss instruction on vagcom.

I'm afraid your dreaming fella, this box iirc reflashes your comfort module! Auto window IS great love mine! Scott is so helpful so if you had issues STOKOE give him an Email and he'll sort you! Got a bit of a special one he sorted me!!

My apologies then chaps. I just had a quick search and found the posts I was thinking of that discussed this (auto up/down) and it seems as though I was indeed wrong. Plenty of discussion about it, as it seemed to work on other VAG cars apparently, just not the Leon.

Good to know I'm not going completely mad though
