Hello have got a 67 reg Leon st when I first had the car the headlights levelled as normal , now they just point to the floor when turned on . Took my car to the dealer this morning and they are saying that there is no problem when I know there is .don't know what to do as they are fobbing me off ,said they did a factory reset of lights last time I took it in ?

Autolevelling headlight problem

Both lights face the floor or just one ? - if both - I would suspect the level sensor on the suspension.
I had an issue with the driver side headlight not levelling on startup.
In the end I took a video of the issue at night with the car facing a wall.
( switch lights on to full ( not auto ) - then start the car and the video will show the auto level sequence - or not )
Dealer sent video to seat customer services and the repair was authorised.
