Back Box's

Hello all,

Just order a straight through centre section for my 1996 1.4, it fits straight on to the cat which should hopefully be less hassle, but I don't know where to start with backboxes that will fit straight onto the standard diameter? Recomendations would be very appriciated!

get the mk3 cupra back box it wont fix straight on but u can just get a reducer made up and sounds sweet lol

Thought about that, but I quite like single exits, also, I don't know where to get reducers around here.

Is the straight through centre section custom made or where did you order it from??

I was going to suggest the Mk3 Cupra box because I have one on my 1.4 and I agree with ibizaboi it really does sound great.

And even better with a Green Cotton air filter.

I ordered it from euro performance, they've got to get them from supersprint though so is going to take at least a week... frustrating.

u can order reduces online or u can cut and weld them sorta thing lol

cruzer 87 how much drop are u running and does ur exshaust nock and rattle??

I dont have exact measurements but its roughly a 50mm-35mm drop. My exhaust rattles under the handbrake area. The 2 hangers, the one on the car and one on the exhaust knock together.

erm no lol if u can find out the i.d. of the cat/ centre box i can find out the o.d. of the back box
