Sirjimalot - Did the forge jobbie sort your problems? As i've had the same experience myself. Can't seem to see anything wrong with my baileys but no audible noise :(

yea bailey had an issue with the piston inside the valve mate for a while

the people they have make the piston for them changed the nylon/plastic piston to a diffrent type of nylon/plastic and when it got hot it sweled and there for got stuck, but they are ok now and all sorted

I'm new to the turbo scene. Just got my cupra 2 weeks ago. Don't know what dump valve to go for. Is Forge the way to go.

loads of different one to choose from mate. have a liittle search. you will start a debate. forge are awersome as you have probably read and if you havent you probably will. you aint going to get a really really louyd noise but it depends on what your taste is. alot of ppl will tell you its about personal preference but if you have a look you will see alot of ppl have the 007p. contact forge or just pm them. im sure they will help you out

swaped my dv30 over a couple of days ago for the 007p

the 007p feels so much betta than the dv30, the 007p dos not sound quite as crisp/sharp as the dv30 but who cares about a small thing like that, i found that my dv30 was very jerky as you came of the throttle and it used to chatter slightly to, and befor you say ow it should not be chattering theres something rong ie with the valve or vac line there was not at all, jabba had checked it all out for me even had a brand new dv30 and still the same, you dont get any of this with the 007p it is so so smooth and the car feels smoother as well

well it is between the dv30 and the 007, not really anything else out there other than turbosmart or stuff like a sard or hks with recirculating kit
