Battery cable snapped terminal no power

Went to my 1999 seat ibiza cupra sport this morning, No lights on display or on the trip computer. Went to remove battery to charge it only to find the negative terminal had snapped off halfway down the cable where it is bolted to engine bay. Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated as I cannot move it to get it to a garage

as a temp repair, why not use a jump lead to the body that should let you move it at these.

Noticed that cable wearing on mine when I relocated the battery. Do what GTV said and then just get some audio power cable I guess!
