Battery Drain

I recently went to start my car only to find the battery was dead. I disconnected the battery and charged it up car started fine. After a few days ruuning the battery was dead again. I have tested the alternator which works fine. What could be causing the battery to drain? also now when ever i charge it the car still struggles to turn over

not too sure ive had the car just under a year and its the same battery.It does look old though

As above mine was doing the same no that long ago, changed the battery and its been fine ever since. Make sure to tighten the connectors properly to save the car dying again.
I made that mistake and the mrs was not happy when it broke down in the middle of town.
