They look the nuts, and would love a set on mine BUT ,just don't expect them to withstand the same kind of stresses that an original wheel will take. I've seen too many peoples rims being split/bend in half from replica wheels.
Also, ask them about the weight...these normally weigh alot more that "branded" alloy.

Oh and have you read through the e-bay listing? "no wheel cleaner to be used, only hot soapy water"? Why, is it becouse the paint job is so cheap that the paint will peel if using a wheel cleaning product?

If your just looking for "show&shine" type alloys then get them.

The BBS CH are lovely wheels. I've seen a few sets on Mini Cooper S's and they are smart.

I had a fair few troubles just getting these ones.

Went through merseyside speed first and they cant get them at the moment.
So tried three different companies on ebay in the end.
Two days later there they were in my shed! then on the car!

Yer i prefered the merc rims too mate, these are temporary wheels and will end up my winter wheels hence the choice of black. I want something most prob 8'5front maybe 9" and 10" for the rears, possibly some radinox dish! but that will take some saving!!

Theres just something about Merc wheels on VAGs that works. I would love a set of Carlsson's but again...£££££

How solid to those BBS reps feels anyway? Seem like they might fold under a few pot holes or is all well with them?
