I did take pictures! But they are too large to upload
and as my car is just outside the WiFi zone and because I'm on O2...the current issues with O2 wouldn't give me data so I could upload straight to the forum

Go and confirm yours, put my mind at ease and save me yet another trip to dealership before my collection date.

Engine off or on, the subwoofer slider doesn't have any effect on mine. I'm beginning to wonder if it's even on/working!
That is very easy to check: play something that is bass heavy, walk to the back, pop the trunk and hear around/touch subwoofer.
If it is working, you cannot miss it.
Already done that and yes I thought it would be obvious, but it's not. My experience of it is much the same as @Lmbarrett83 . Think I'll need to get someone to have a look at it. Cheers.
Did you try to unplug and replug the subwoofer?
Also check fuses.
Will try that. Sorry, it was @BipedalMale that was having no response from his subwoofer slider. Any update on yours?
Just checked mine again - think it's fine, just didn't have it on loud enough lol. Cheers
does anybody know how to adapt value ENG117919-Startup_Screen_Sticker_HMI in order to show sticker SEAT SOUND at bootup logo? in old version of infotainment software I have 05 00 which showed Seat sound logo, but in latest SW 1447 id doesnt work (no sticker). But 02 00 shows BeatsAudio at right bottom corner, but I want SSS..does anybody know ?
