bee sting ariel on ibiza cupra abf

just scared i might snap it or crease the roof or something really but i will try it though.
the short stubby ariel is a late spec vw sharan one part no: 7mo 035 849e.
also does anybody know if i get it decatted will the engine management light come as the lambda is actually screwed into the cat??

i think it does simple solution remove bulb untill you get the sensor attatched lol

also ill double check in few weeks when i get my new manifold and decat on then ill see if i need the sensor

its going in for ss 4branch and decat on wednesday morning anyway and a new lambda boss put in the decat so i should be able to see then if not the bulb will be coming out!

nah must be some kind of aftermarket ariel because its just not having it,doing my head rite in!!! also does anybody know if a mk2 golf power steering rack will fit abf cupra??

if you remove the roof liner coulf there be a clip to squeeqe and then pust it thru just a thought

haha its ok we will forgive u lol altho this stubby ariel does sound a bugger to remove sounds more hassle then worth lol i think ill just leave mine on i taken ariel off and will eatch ariel to car so can still get signal

i remember when i changed mine to a stubby one.. i was standing up through the sunroof and after it unscrewed, i had the same thing - sort of flopping about and not coming out..

i had to pull it HARD!! used some pliers to grip the bit and yanked it so hard to get it off i fell back into the car!!!!
