Beeza 97 Windscreens...

Hi, anyone know if the windscreen on a 97 Ibiza Mk2 is bonded in, or if its easily removable? Got a ******* of a crack in it and need to replace it with the MOT coming up soon - not keen on forking out 140 notes for it tho and wondering if its possible to pick them up from a scrappy! Anyone know?

yeah they are bonded in, i have the same problem at the minute

Do you have windscreen cover on your insurance?
You never do know when a brick could fall off a lorry smashing your window............

haha, will look into it, but doubt i have being the cheapskate that I am! Think I will in the future though!

If you phone round the local windscreen firms, you'll usually find someone prepared to undercut everyone else.

My mate had is done in his van for 85 quid, probs mates rates price though.

Still, phone a few up and let them all bounce of each other with trying to give you the best deal
