Belt and tensioner for a 2002 Leon?

Does anyone know the part number for the belt and tensioner Leon AHF Tdi engine?
Could it be 038 109 119 M and 038 109 243 N (tensioner)

i think the bush has gone in my tensioner, can you just replace the bush or do you have to replace the whole unit?
