Best parts for my personal modifying.

Hi guys, having loads of trouble getting the best parts to mod my car, its the Leon 1.4 16v, just trying to get all the upgrades and filters and stuff and wondered if anyone could give me some advice on the best parts to get, thanks, Sam

What are you looking to acheive and in what areas ?

Handling / Suspension ?
Body and exterior ?
Wheels and Tyres ?
Engine and exhaust ?
ICE ?

Mate i'm hoping to do the whole lot throught the next 12 months or so, but asking more about under the hood. I'm having trouble finding the right air intake system, and then can't find the full exhaust system i want to go with it, any places i should look. Sam

How old are you ?

In my opinion, there will be no point in doing all that to a 1.4. It will cost a load to do, put your insurance up & do nothing for the sell on value of your car. If you really want an uprated ride, sell the 1.4 & get a cupra

Save your cash. I've got the 1.6 and realised mods will only take away money from my LCR fund

fair shout guys, ok i'll just stick with my sound system and little stuff like that and save up for the cupra, yeah i'm only 18 with my advance driving course, so wat cupra do u guys think is the best

and spot on advice, save the cash for the cupra... i have lost count of how many car's i've tried to make faster / better and just been throwing cash away!!

Moley if your only 18 I would save abit then buy an Ibiza Cupra mk3 (20VT) I had one at 19 and it wasnt too bad to insure and now at 21 ive got a Cupra R.

if u wanna Mod your 1.4 leon get little mods that can be swapped over from car 2 car.like Bee sting Fabia wiper stuff like that.but be careful once u been bitten by the bug.
