I dunno about sargey's but you use vagcom and do an ingear run and log the boost cycle duty, if it sits at 0 or some other low number when it should be on boost you have a problem, not necessarily an n75 problem tho, could be a loose connector etc.
 
I have a brand new boxed F valve if you want it.. I paid £42.73 delivered from VagParts. Its yours for £30 if you have paypal. Its from when I 'thought' my N75 was up the creek, It was a small boost leak tho. PM me if you want it mate.
