You Guys are lucky.... one of my friends had a small motorbike plate on the front of His Coupe, He got pulled and fined £30 and they also gave him 3 points for driveing a non road worthy car.

This was on the motor way after going Santa pod, loads and loads of cars were pulled over.

The police are so dependant on automated numberplate recognition now for insurance, tax, stlen cars, stolen fuel etc. so if you don't have the proper colours and font, they will assume you have something to hide.

iirc, the font must be 76mm high, and the same width all the way round the letter.
any logo other than country/euro stars are not allowed - apart from flags of the original country.

manufacturer's logo's or "ghosting" are not permitted.

it was the different font that attracted the police attention in the first place, but as said, was fined for the spacing between the "M" and "V" and the "audi" four-ring logo!!!!

seeing as cameras in petrol stations cant pick up cars with anything other than standard plates id say youll get ****ed over for near enough anything now
