Blueflame blowing

The flexi part on my Blueflame downpipe on my LCR has started blowing
Phoned the factory and waiting a response but has anyone else had this problem and was it resolved???

I know other people have had their systems replaced, I think J@mes has had his replaced

worth speaking to some members first as when I rang blueflame about a possible leak they said the flexi and cat weren't covered under there warranty

your going to be up against it mate, blueflame are notoriously garbage with customer service nowadays

When did you have it fitted, I was also one of the unlucky ones, whos downpipe completly split in half.

Rung Blueflame yesterday and managed too get hold of Nigel about the split downpipe, he told me to return it for investigation but did one better than that and set straight off for there factory, arrived there and they took my car straight away and returned her 2 hours later with a new downpipe on!!!!!
Cost £75+vat for the labour and they stood the downpipe, at least its done now
