I've never heard of anyone on here fitting a Blueflame to their MK4 1.8T. I believe Blueflame exhausts are quite popular with the MK3 lot. Mabye worth asking them?

That does seem like quite a good price however and it should be fairly straight forward to fit

According to blueflames website they do manufacture exhaust for the ibiza mk4. Must be a new product. The retail price should be 335 pounds instead of 275. Would like to know what kind of sound it produces ... Are blueflame exhausts E-proved?

edit: Found a picture...

EXTREME BUMPAGE!!!

Well, took the plunge and bought that zorst off Ebay, took a week to arrive and now i've got this:

Lovely looking thing, didnt expect the full thing to be polished, just the tip!

Tip is identical to stock, except its got one big hole instead of two.

Few chewing gum welds, but they're sealed so no problem. Whos gonna see it anyway! :)

Onto fitting yesterday, old one had two large bolts on the end of the cat that required some persuasion (read angle grinder and prybar) to get off, other than that very straightforward!
Had to hacksaw the old one as i couldn't get enough height to get it twisted over the H beam.

New Blueflame one in and just needing tightened and tweaked.

Over the moon with it, sounds absolutely sexual when its revved, and burbles over nicely at idle. For £275, its a beast and a bargain!

I've had a can so no good soundclips for tonight, but im gonna take it a good test run tomorrow and il get some clips.

The sound is impeccable, even i was surprised. Sounds dead quiet in the cab, but then when you go through a tunnel or something it sounds EPIC!

edit: not upgraded the downpipe, maybe at a later stage when i have more cash! A power gain is nice but really wanted it just to give the car some character. Standard exhaust sounded too boring and shallow for my liking.

That looks a lot nicer than the Milltek version imo. And sticks out the bumper instead of sitting level. The fact it's on pipe and not twins near the end must be a bit better too performance wise? The tailpipe looks nicer than Milltek too. :)

I know Blueflame seem a lot more popular with the Fabia crew. I know of two Fabia's with Blueflames (both dervs) and they sound awesome! :D

Nope, no frills. Blueflame make OEM exhausts for TVR, and they sound awesome!

Milltek seem far too dear for what it is, a bit of stainless pipe and baffles.
