bolt on replacement for k03

hey all, a friend who owns a seat cupra 180bhp 2005(AUQ) killed his turbo charger..
we are now looking for a bolt on replacement for his turbocharger.

what turbo could be very accessibale right from low revs like the k03? were looking for something to go off at about 3k rpm... does the k04 sits on the same flunge?(same entry)?

if there is no other good replacement what is a good one that would also need little adjustments to get it in?

KO3s is a bolt on replacment and will give a little improvement over the KO3. KO4 will require mani and down pipe to suit.

i think the engine sits on k03s, 250 is too low for our heavy leons, looking into somthing to get it to about 300 bhp, not looking only for peak hp, he wants a good tourque across the rev range...

ive been driven in a mad A3 yesterday with some wicked garret turbocharger, but it was that insanse that it would have started b0osting @ 5.9k RPM which isnt quite that cool for an evreyday ride.

lemme know what you think could fit as a min change requiered and would let him still have the evreyday expirence

Why not get his turbo made into a hybrid, can get cerca 280bho from a ko3 hubrid.

GT2x is a straight swop/ko3 fitment and with all the other stuff to go with it can see circa 280. Or th GT Eliminator kit which can see 300+
