Bolt Size On TIP

Going to be fitting my TIP at the weekend and was wondering if anybody knew the the size of the bolt that holds the OEM TIP on?

its an allen key 4mm or 5mm i think

Yepp its allen key type fitment, and iirc one wouldn't at all, and the other seemed a little small. (Used tape to bulk it up)

one 5mm allen key onto turbo housing. You may want to trim the TIP down between 5 - 10mm as its really tight squeeze. There are some fixed metal pipes in the way not sure if you can move them? Expect to lose some skin on your knuckles. But worth the effort the turbo sounds fantastic on spool up and feels more resonsive.

i'm goona pop it up on some ramps and have a look and make sure i've got such a tool to do the job before i even think about doing it!!

You say trim it, is that because it rubs on the fixed pipes( can these be moved?) or is it to make it easier to fit?

Just checked and it is a 5mm allen headed bolt, Looks a bit of a mission but hay ho i'll give it a go!!

Its very very very tight without trimming it.

Dont trim too much off, a little at a time, and use a jubilee clip as a guide when trimming
