i will when i get home work block ebay and all the fun sites but i mean i know there designed to stiffen the ride but i mean would not a centre internal strut not make it better as stops twisting in centre of car or is it just for looks

i think you got your wires crossed on this one mate ! we talking about bonnet struts! when you open your bonnet they lift it up, as on a mk4 golf for example.

Ive been looking into getting a set of these, but theres one thing, Does the bonnet still close fully with them and like it should?

And is it definetely the ones in the link at the top of page 2 that I need?

i think it all about position where you mount them e.g clearance and i think you would have to remeve the rubber slots on the side

you just move the rubber slots and swap the wing bolts/ hinge bolts for the new bolts and jobs a good un! my bonnet shuts ok with them on but there are close. they are ok though.
