Boost gauge, a couple of pointers needed

Here is mine T'd into the FPR

Mines ran the same as Lee's except I got my T facing towards the pass side wing.

My pod was universal £8 from ebay.

What are the advantages of putting it into there instead of off the DV hoses? Cheers for help guys. Scott

I was always lead to believe you take it from as close to the inlet manifold as possible

Cool... ill go from there then. Just trying to get one of those Autometer Gauges for as cheap as i can.. found £58.02 including postage so far ...

on another note, what size scotch locks are needed for the lightswitch wires? i've seen 3 sizes at maplins, 0.4-1.0mm, 1.1-2.0mm and 2.1mm upwards

I done mine properly with solder and shrink tube, looks far neater in my opinion and only took 5 mins

i used bullet connectors so i can remove and change my gauge as many times as i want without ending up with hardly any wire left, the join is just in behind the gauge pod
