yeah. gotta get it remapped now. ive just had to cut the pipe and put a connector in it because whuilest driving it loved on to turbo inlet pipe and melted. lol

goes without saying really but be careful of trailing wires/pipes around the engine. when working hard the turbo can actually glow red hot and will melt/ set fire to anything near it.

yeah thats the same as ive done, ive just cabletied it to injector rail. looks good because you cant see any pipeing because its under the cover

Mine's on full show after a slight mishap with a screwdriver (on the floor) my a$$ and the engine cover while doing the last lot of work under the bonnet.

Safe to say the engine cover doesn't fit anymore :(

lol. i was thinking of painting my engine cover but not sure yet. id neeed special plastic paint wouldnt i? and heat resistant

Seriously, it was one of those times where you call yourself the C word very loudly!

Just gotta find a new one, or get serious with the silicone hosing, and make the engine bay spotless...not sure I have that amount of elbow grease available!
