changed the vac line with new vac line, and still got the same problem dont know where to look next

well i put a new vac line on from turbo to n75 and guess what, its still the same ive replaced with a new n75 valve, new map sensor new vac line and still its boosting weird, im putting it down to turbo veins or faulty actuator, just got to put up with it till i get my new turbo next monday
