Boot lid problems

hi! got a slight problem wiv my boot! the 'S' badge turns but the boot doesn't open!
and it doesnt seem like the boot is actually unlocking?!

any ideas????? cheers

have you tried unlocking it using the button inside that unlocks all the doors? (next to the window switches)

ye tried that button but nothin works, even the key in the badge doesnt work

Can you hear the solenoid moving? If you can't get in with the key then this maybe your issue.

ye i can hear the solanoid movin sumtimes but not all the time! thanks
