Hi I'm picking up some s/h Borbet A 16 x7.5j et45, can any of you let me know if I will need spacers for these to go on a seat ibiza mk2 (1998) and what size if any? any recommendations where to buy them from would be good as well if needed
Thanks in advance

andy is 100% right go for hubcentric, i got some crappy ones, and i swear it takes me 30mins to put my rears back on (cos of the stupid spacers)

Suj.. next time you take a wheel off (or wheels) put a few blobs of sikaflix/tigerseal on the spaces (hub side not rim side)and once on they will/should stay in place next time ;)

that's ingenious brummy :) taa mate! it's sooo annoying normally lol

Back again.

Picked up the wheels, which will need a light refurb (probably will DIY to a mirror finish (1st time doing it, but wil take my time) dont want to spend 300 sheets to get them done. Anyway, the wheels as said before are et30 16 x 7.5j but are fitted with 205/45 tyre. I presume i will definitely need to run with spacers (any other good ones other than FK or H&R for cheaper, or should i just bite the bullet). The real question is that with the greater tyre width will 5-10mm spacers do?
Cheers

will it not rub against anything or damage anything if i dont run spacers? et30 on alloys on mk2 et 35-38?
