Make sure you order the armrest - it finishes off the interior a treat

More Armrest info - it does not block access to the MP3 (AUX) socket, or the rear cupholders. It comes with rubber phone/mp3 player tray accessed by lifting the pad - I was dubious about paying £100 for it as it should be fitted as standard, but is well worth the extra for everyday conveinience.

looking good there, 18"s are the best IMO, get out and use it.I currently have used my car 3x in 3 weeks, new job that comes with a van so car is just sitting there , could be going on a track night on fri though

YUM. I got a silver one, with all shiny internal extras. However I wish I had the 18" wheels and in black but silver was in stock

Andrew, that car look absolutely stunning, I hope you enjoy it! Can I ask you about the armrest?

I currently have a Mk 4 Golf GT-TDI and will replace it shortly with an FR TDI. My Golf has a centre armrest, and it has a compartment inside it where you can store a few bits and pieces. Also you can swing it backwards so it is not always in the way of the gearshift.

Can you tell me if the Leon armrest has the storage and also is it moveable or fixed in position? Would be very interested to find out.

I'll try to get to a dealer and have a look at some point - I think it has red stitching and will be interesting to see how that looks with the FR interior.

the armrest is not moveable but it does NOT get in the way of the gearshift at all. The top padded section lifts to reveal a small storage section suitable for mobile phone or MP3 player, this also has a removable tray to enable access to the cupholders beneath if so desired. Trust me its excellent!
