Oh not good mate, but looks like they have done a very good job on them :D

Well the 25mm spacers looked amazing being so wide but not good when it did the damage lol!! Can't fault their work, never had anything bad back from the bodyshop I use :)

Had a good day up Badger 5 yesterday. Smoke test detected a big leak which was my fault when the TIP got fitted ages ago when I didn't put silicone on the turbo billet :banned: lol!!

Another small leak was found on the actuator pipe hence the overboost issue I was having so I was over the moon that solved that issue but we still moved onto Stage 2 and although I was expecting higher power gains the car feels a lot lot better and pulls soooo much stronger too :D

gains were more mid range torque than overall peak.... turbo is flat out after 5500rpm anyhows on its previous cc1 code

30+lbft more mid range now and a little more up top.

So what did she make?

Figure wise I think it was just under 270bhp and and calculated it to be 310 torque.

30+lbft more mid range now and a little more up top.

Can't thank you enough either Bill the LCR has been transformed by a considerable amount just by peaking mid range..... I can feel the difference and am very happy :)

Think I'll be saving for Rods next for peace of mind and maybe a different actuator.

Catch can recently fitted which I was glad to do as I was getting oil in the TIP from the PCV which made the TIP slip off all the time, vented to atmos too and the TIP is now gripping and staying on......

However, after doing that MOD and enjoying Stage 2 for a bit without the TIP stopping my fun the clutch has now stopped my fun and is slipping big time in higher gears....Revs it's tits off but the car hardly increases speed!! :(

Will get pics up of the catch can soon enough but another big bill to pay soon :(

How much is that clutch set up setting you back if you don't mind me asking? What ft/lb is it rated too?

Not at all. The sachs plate is £300 all in with Badger 5, LUK clutch kit is £130ish & the LUK DMF is about £230ish from carpatts4less.

Quite a fair bit as Bill uses this set up for BT builds!

its a drive plate.. solid, and does'nt have a torque rating stand alone.
In practice/real world use, as we've used this plate for some years now, its been fine for 400lbft, quattro and boost build launches and coped fine.

As you can see I made a bit of a mistake & ordered 6 flywheel bolts thinking I'd get 6 individuals bolts but I had 6 bags with 6 bolts in so I have 36 bolts lol!

And another bargain from a LCR breaking I had the 25mm rear ARB which I think will go well with my front 23mm ARB :)
