got new tyres today, went to take my wheels off and all were solid. eventually got them loose apart from locking wheel nut and the key sheared in half?? do i have to order e new keynut from seat specific to my car or can i use someone elses who also has a lcr?

Put the other bolts back in and go to a garage, they will have a socket to get them off, or you can hit a seven sided hardened socket one over the locking wheel nut and see if that frees it.

thanx for replys guys , ended up drilling n tapping wot was left of locknut key put a 6mm bolt in it n prized what was left of key out. Then i had 2 drill the bolt out n after all of that i still aint got my tyres fitted as no where is open

Is it a genuine locking key? I have a load of spare ones in my toolbox. Whats the number in the middle of the key?

I had mine stolen along with one of the locking wheel nuts, went to my local dealer and they removed the other three using their key so I could replace it with aftermarket nuts. Initially they wanted to sell me one nut until things were pointed out simply. Worth a try.
