Rider, Goodman for ITV BTCC

Steve Rider and Louise Goodman will present ITV’s live Sunday afternoon television coverage of this year’s HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship, the network has confirmed. Ben Edwards and former BTCC Champion Tim Harvey will continue their roles as race commentators.

Some of the numbers are traditional numbers, I think it's superstition in some cases. Plato liked running with #11.

Mat seemingly has been a victim of lack of funding (barring any last minute announcement), he was running under a BMW UK dealer banner last year and as we know the last few months have not been kind to the car dealers.

Sad fact of modern motorsport that regardless of talent, if you don't have the funding behind you, then you don't go racing.

such a shame in that case, thought he'd be snapped up by one of the new teams due to his experience and pace shown.

Non of the teams are in the situation to be able to pay him to drive though, wherever he goes he would have to take funding.

It's not a case of being snapped up, I'm sure many of the teams would love his talent, but regardless of talent if they have no funding you don't go racing.

that macmillan kid must be minted then!!!! still not 18 yet has a full season drive in a good car!

I believe macmillan had a rather good year in the Suprcopa on the continent, also, it looks like he has (a) good family backing, and (b) good sponsorship
