Full classification for qualifying.

Top 12 spread by less than a second. Winter testing pays off for the Vauxhall's as ever. Excellent session for the Motorbase team and Johny Adam showing his promise early on.

Bit disappointed with the SEAT's if I'm honest, especially Eaves who must be a tadge rusty  I hope they can hold their own against those quick BMW's tomorrow

Liam did well considering his lack of experience at this level, and hopefully he can make up a few more places in the racing tomorrow.

Surprised that the Arena Ford's are so off the pace, more work to do there it seems.

Should be some good racing tomorrow, look forward to it.

I wouldn't agree entirely with that. Yes, theirs not many top drivers below Danny but I certainly think he could have been placed a lot worse. If they can hold their own and the kind of skill we saw from him in 2005 comes back in a strong way then I see no reason why he cannot get in the middle of the top 8 with Jonsey.

The Team Dynamics tegs were undoubtedly the strongest cars on the track back in 2005, the S2000 Leon (petrol) still has some questions marks regarding it's overall pace.

I certainly hope CWR can dial it in, but the BMW's and Vauxhall's seem to have the measure of the pace so far.

I still want to see them succeed though, I'm just a realist though when it comes to speaking about what I see.

Couldn't agree more.

I think CWR should be aiming for good points, Independent Championship is not realistic........this year

Don't think that many will be surprised to see the Beemers and Vectras doing the business.

Well just got back from my first BTCC & had a brilliant time will def be going to more ;)

Big thank you to my escorts Mike and Danny for the ride down, the boys who helped me with the bypass on my car and to my escort Miles for the ride home (& sorting me out through a panic at one point)

I think the Seat boys did fair...but the BMW's seem to be a force to be reckoned with. Have to admit to being pleased Gio didnt too too well today :D
