Yay so some really good news, not, just had an update, or shall I say downdate, gone from having a build week 7, to now status 00

That's real sad, the auto industry is upside down right now. I recon I had extreme luck to get my car in under three months. Very happy with the car, biggest surprise was the stereo system which actually sounds quite good. Clean sound and defined bass not just a rumble.

Yeah considering I ordered in August, going to be like 7 or more months!!

Oh I'm glad you said that, as my Skoda at the moment has standard 8 speaker system and is actually quite good and the Seat is advertised as being 6 or 7 i think!

According to the manual I have the 7 speaker system with 5x20W amplification, I have the 5 band equalizer and 360 degree fader which means 7 speaker.
Obviously there is a woofer in each front door and two tweeters in the front pillars, that is four speakers, then there is two speakers in the rear doors. That is six speakers. So where is the 7:th speaker? I would guess it's behind the perforated grill on the top of the dashboard, meaning a center speaker like in a home theater setup. Anyway, it sounds surprising clean and focused and with some rather deep bass, much better than I would have thought.

I've got a Leon ST FR 130 in Desire Red with the safety pack M and Wraparound lighting as options, ordered first Monday of August, whatever date that was! A few weeks, might have been just over a month I had that it was assigned to build week 7, so then today I got the email from dealer to say its now gone back to status 00!! Grrr this wait!!! I mean it's bad enough when it was like 3 months for a new build!! I don't want my Skoda anymore!!!

I’ve had build week 7 but my dealer are rubbish at keeping me in the loop. I’ve got a Leon e hybrid with xl pack and wraparound lighting. Ordered mid October so god knows when that will show up

Going to sell my Mystery Blue Seat Leon FR Sport Hybrid FR 1.4L with 6465 miles shortly.. comes with 2 years servicing and still has manufacturer warranty until May 2024 if anyone is interested.

Similar story! Desire Red Leon ehybrid estate with pan roof ordered early August, still no confirmed build date but advised likely April 2022...

Cheers buddy. To be fair the dealer set my expected delivery date to 29/03/22 so sounds about right. Never waited this long for a car. Not even driven one hopefully it’s as good as they make out.

What you got on order? I must have ordered the week after you and originally had BW07 but that then got removed, hoping its not delayed too much, was hoping to get a 22 in March! But don't think that'll happen now!

1.5 130 FR estate with no extras so fairly straightforward. I’ve got a personalised ‘71 plate to go on it anyway but think it’ll be a ‘22 registered car now.

Probably like many other Seat Leon mk4 customers who are as yet to receive their cars, I really hope that the delay for my car (ordered Aug 2021 expected late April 2022...) will have a silver lining in the form of latest greatest updates/firmware/infotainment hardware/software when eventually delivered! ie all the bugs I've read about are fixed

I've just found this thread. I too ordered my leon ST e-hybrid end August. Nothing from the dealer apart from "order accepted at factory" and that's from a huge dealer at Linwood (Talbot country!) In Paisley, Scotland.

So I'll be thinking "May 2022" then at the earliest.

Not that it is a downside possibly having my golf 7 GTD another 5 months
