Thanks, now got a battle on my hands with the jobsworths at PSA finance, to organise an earlier collection of my Peugeot. I've only got the final monthly payment due but they're still classing this as an 'early settlement' so insisting on POSTING a document for me to sign before they will allow me to pay it. Asked them to email it but apparently "its the rules" sigh.Then after that they need 48 hours to send Manheim out. Are we in 2021 or 1971?? ?
What a bunch of noobs, in this current climate we can digitally sign documents and emails etc not just because of Covid but because, like you say, we live in the 21st century. Probably trying to squeeze something else out of you.
All sorted, document didn't arrive in post, was about to ring and blast them then found out a copy was actually made available for download on their portal since Monday, doh! Printed, signed, scanned, emailed. Followed up with a call to make payment then booked Manheim online to come and inspect/collect vehicle. Heads up on that too - can be 3 days between inspection and collection now and you're no longer allowed to drive the car after the inspection so something to factor in. Upshot is I'm taking taking delivery of my VZ2 on the 9th October. Will post some pics then.
