Cambelt Cover Fitting - HELP

Guys,

need your and expertise!

trying to fit a new cambelt cover to replace my broken one but cant get the bloody thing to fit at all. Seems one of the pipes (oil/water) to the turbo maybe in the way and so I cant get the cover to sit in place. Is there a guide or any advice one can give to make me get it on.

I Take it you meen the plastic cover, it is a pita to fit but as long as you are sure its the right part it will go on, it just needs lining up around the tensioner its realy tight there just keep trying it will go on.

deffo the right part and deffo is a PITA. might have to trim it to fit. scraped knuckles and all that...oh the joys of DIY!.

A bit of patience and common sense will get it on properly.
