Cambelt Parts - What do i need?

I need to source all the bits for a cambelt change for my local garage.

I have the metal impellor water pump.

What else do i need?

Is there anything else to add to this list?

Cambelt 06B 109 119 A
Tensioner 06B 109 243 D
Cambelt Damper: 06B 109 477
Cam chain tensioner : 058 109 217


Any help would ge great.

Possibly this is whats needed Phil.
Cambelt and water pump (for AQX engine, not sure if this differs between engine models)
Cambelt 06B 109 119 A
Tensioner 06B 109 243 D
Water pump (metal impellor): 06A121011T
Seal:06A121119
Cambelt Damper: 06B 109 477
Cam chain tensioner : 058 109 217

Ive posted the part in our section for ya.

Water pump (metal impellor): 06A 121 011T, this has been superseeded to 06A 121 012. They are all plastic now from Audi/VW. But a new type of plastic. As long as the waterpump is changed every 60k, then using the plastic one is fine.

I didnt realise the water pump, was eve going to be part of the 60k services.

You can get a cambelt kit from VW and presumably seat which includes cambelt, tensioner and cambelt idler roller. Part number below as used for mine

Cambelt kit (cambelt, tensioner and idler roller) 06A 198 119B @ £75.00 Exc vat

I just got the damper, cambelt, tensioner, roller, o and a fan belt aswell -

where did you guys get your water pumps(metal) from? -

what was the seal for?

As long as the waterpump is changed every 60k, then using the plastic one is fine.

Nope i had 2 of the buggers fail, one a 22k then another at 35k. Not sure what's in now but i'm going to change it anyway. Timing belt change number 4
