Can I put leather interior in my car?

Hi,

I would like to put leather interiors into the car, I have a silver Ibiza..2004

I phoned around a few breakers yards (I want to do it on the cheap if possible)..

Has anyone on here done this before?

Looking for some advice on the best way to go about it, or what other seats would fit.

Yep fabia! has same floor plan as the 6l ibiza! may have to fiddle the rear seats, the interior is like gold dust tho!!

I thought that VW Golf etc would be similar

The only straight swap would be Fabia then really?

i posted a similar thread a few months back! the basic out come was to get some front seats - I.E. the front recaro out of the gti golf mk 4 - then re trim the rear seats to match! having a guess you will only need different subframes to fit different seat into the front! the rears are alot harder however!

Hmm sounds like a lot of work, I guess just a regular retrim would be very expensive?

the Ibiza's are based on the VW Polo chassis, not the Golf

and fabia is 5 door only so not very good if you want to use the back seats of a 3 door ibiza,climbing in the back through the middle of the front seats would get a bit tiring
