Yeh they are pretty spot on, big of a bugger to fit compared to the standard ones though!
Stripped all the bits off the calipers today and cleaned them up best as possible and also finally got hold of and fitted a pd160 intake! Thats me all modded out this month

Few of us call each other mavericks from time to time so thought it'd be funny between us! Not generally one for stickers but it looks quite good in person, i'll probably change my mind in a few days though lol
How the rear sits with the 30mm adapters on:
Stance looks really good on level ground now, my drive is twisted though so makes it look all uneven
Daytime pic of wing mirrors rather than the dark ones above, not much better mind:
Porsche calipers stripped down from how they came. Took the original copper line off, got te retaining pin and pressure plate out and got them on a wire wheel to get all the rust/ corrosion off, then polished up the pins on a pillar drill with different grades of sandpaper then autosol, now like a mirror whereas before they were a bugger to get out and looked like rusty nails. Also sprayed the pressure plates in satin black for abit of protection and wire wheeled the bolt heads and did them satin black too:

Another mod i'd been contemplating! Dont think i'll go ahead with that one either though or if i do it'l be after the car is pretty much finished.
Just want these brakes on! Not sure whether or not to get them done in white, im quite liking the anthracite sort of colour they are now.

Just got my grubby mits on some braided tt hoses off ebay in negotiations with a lad about some adapters too, to get them on the car soon not sure if i should go for the stainless ones you can buy off ebay brand new or get these ones off this lad for 20 quid cheaper, they are neuspeed aluminium ones with steel inserts for the threads and 20 quid cheaper. Hmmmmmmm, will be lighter by a mile and cheaper (skint as fook) just gotta make sure they are for these calipers!
Also got my renewal through yesterday, £1110 :| thats without mods aswell. Got a quote online of 803 without mods, so rang them up and got them to bring it down to 803 but wouldnt let me get a word in edgeways to add modifications, got the new renewal pack through today for 803 quid so rang up again to add business use on (so i can claim 40 pence per mile on work journeys) and to add mods on, this bumped it up to 903 quid, so pretty pleased with that if im honest! Still beyond me how they tried to bum me out of 1110 quid without mods or business use and now its over 200 cheaper with them on haha been young sucks, cant wait for cheap insurance!

I'm 20, not too far off 21, hoping next year when i renew it will be slightly cheaper!
900 quid with mods declared i was alright with if im honest, think i got quoted about 1600 on the astra vxr's when i was looking at them, thats what i paid when i was 18 with a modded 1.8 sri corsa c, dont want to pay that much ever again haha

Yeh it's a proper joke to be honest! But my time will come haha first car I had was a 1.6 8v mk4 polo, 5 door and pistacio green lmao that was 900 when I was fronting, 3k on my own :/
Cupras cost a bomb on insurance, I know that much, 1100 quid difference between my fr and a cupra when I was 19! Haha
