car smoking on tick over

last nite my car started smoking on tick over, quite bad and dont smell the best, its blue smoke so im guessin valve seals but just wana make sure guys???

Not a mechanic but sounds like the turbo, assuming it has one.

if its the turbo does any one no a good place to rebuild it or a place to get one from??
